Marathon Burger, located at 7507 Melrose Ave, Los Angeles, was founded in 2025 by Samiel “Blacc Sam” Asghedom, brother of the late Nipsey Hussle, to honor his legacy and continue The Marathon brand's community-driven mission. Following a year of testing burger recipes, the spot serves high-quality smash burgers and, after a brief initial popup in 2024, officially opened in March 2025.
